The Fayetteville Liberty is committed to ensuring a professional and accessible environment for media members covering events. To uphold the highest standards and streamline the media process, the following guidelines outline credentialing, access, and general expectations for all members of the media.
Media Credentials for Fayetteville Liberty home events are issued through the Operations Office. Requests for credentials must be submitted by the assigning editor, news/sports director, or producer from recognized media outlets. Credential applications must meet the following criteria:
Credentials will be issued to professional journalists and photographers representing legitimate, recognized outlets in the business of news gathering as their primary source of revenue. These outlets include:
*Only direct members of media teams will receive media access credentials.
Credentials may be issued to up to three individuals and three photographers from student publications, radio, or television outlets affiliated with participating or host institutions. Applications must be certified by the institution's Director of Athletics or their designee.
Freelance journalists or photographers will only be credentialed if working under a specific assignment for an approved outlet. Credential requests must be submitted by the assigning editor or producer.

For any questions regarding Liberty Pass access and privileges, please contact event staff.
All credential applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM EST on the Wednesday prior to the home game.
Confirmation of approval or denial will be emailed upon review by the Operations Office.
Credentials are non-transferable and must always be worn in a visible manner. Misuse of credentials will result in immediate removal and denial of future requests.

Media representatives are expected to adhere to all event protocols and respect boundaries set for safety and operational reasons.
Fayetteville does not provide designated media parking. Media members are responsible for arranging their own parking accommodations. Unless otherwise informed.
Approved credential holders will have access to designated media zones for post-game interviews. Access is restricted to these zones only.
Misuse of media credentials will result in removal from the vent and possbile future credentialing restrictions.
Fayetteville Liberty reserves the right to amend these guidelines at any time to accomdate organizational needs and ensure fair media access.
